Steps
Step 1 — Check your balance
In the left sidebar, find Image Credits and note the number beside it.
Step 2 — Open Add Image Credits
Click Image Credits to open the purchase dialog.
Step 3 — Confirm Credit Balance
Read Credit Balance: to see how many credits you have before buying.
Step 4 — Choose a credit pack
Select 10 Credits, 20 Credits, or 30 Credits at the listed price.
Step 5 — Click Add Credits
Press Add Credits and complete checkout when prompted. Wait through Adding….
Step 6 — Verify the new balance
Close the dialog and confirm the sidebar badge increased.
Step 7 — Generate again
Return to Illustrations, Covers, or Data Visualization and retry the action that needed credits.
