Steps
Step 1 — Open Books with an eligible plan
Go to Books. Confirm you can open a book’s ⋮ menu (upgrade/renew if missing).
Step 2 — Create Series
⋮ → Create Series. Enter Series name (e.g. placeholder style name), optionally check Add “{title}” to the series, then Create Series.
Step 3 — Add another book to a series
On that book’s ⋮, choose Add to Series, select the series, and confirm Add to Series. Warnings appear if the book will move from an existing series.
Step 4 — Manage Series (rename or delete)
⋮ → Manage Series. Rename with Save, or delete a series from this modal / header actions.
Step 5 — Remove a book from a series
⋮ → Remove from Series → confirm Remove from Series. The book returns to the main list.
Step 6 — Delete a series grouping
From the series header or Manage Series, choose Delete Series and confirm Delete series? Books remain; only the grouping is removed.
Step 7 — Keep writing
Open any book card as usual—series only change organization on Books.

- Name series clearly for multi-book worlds.
- Moving between series is supported with an explicit warning.
- Free/inactive accounts may not see series menus.
- Deleting series ≠ deleting manuscripts.
